' Message' (2018)
Our second BSL Theatre Summer residential week with Word of Hands Theatre. We offered drama teaching, acting techniques, masks workshops, the importance of characterisation, the use of BSL on stage, narrative, BSL poems and story-telling and script-writing whilst sitting around the campfire.
'The Curtain Calls...' (2017)
Our first BSL Theatre Summer residential week with Word of Hands Theatre. We offered different theatre skills rather than drama and acting techniques or masks workshops. I taught the basics of using BSL on stage, narrative, script-writing to BSL and encouraged networking so they could follow their passion of becoming an actor.
